Return and Exchange Policy

DUE TO COVID19 WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF ANY KIND AT THIS TIME. SALE ITEMS AND ITEMS BOUGHT IN STORE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN FINAL SALE/NO RETURN/NOEXCHANGE, THIS NOW APPLIES TO ALL ONLINE ORDERS PURCHASED AT RETAIL PRICE AS WELL AS SALE ITEMS (IT HAS ALWAYS APPLIED TO SALE ITEMS).

Please contact us by calling  (909)980-0172 or texting (909)757-4192  to initiate exchange or return to receive instructions. Returns or exchanges for items purchased online is welcomed WITHIN 14 days of purchase date. Item must have tags attached and each item must be in original/brand new condition,  with NO tears, snags, stains, smells, broken pieces, all tags and hygiene liners must be ATTACHED, in original Fresh Peaches Bikinis product bag.  All returns must be shipped back with a tracking number and insurance along with a copy of your invoice at buyers expense.  Once items are received and inspected we will call you to process the refund less a 20% restocking fee per item. Padding is non-returnable. ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A SALE OR PROMO ARE FINAL SALE, NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS. All items purchased in-store or at events are final sale, not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping information:

All online orders are shipped within 3 business days. Orders are sent 1st class or Priority depending on package weight. ALL packages are sent with tracking information. Once a package is marked delivered by your postal carrier, it is your responsibility to bring your package inside, if your package is confirmed delivered, we are NOT responsible for stolen packages once confirmed delivered. Packages cannot be insured for after delivery. We are not a big box company, we are a small business and can only go by the confirmed information we receive from the USPS. If a package is stolen after it is delivered, you will need to file a police report, then replacement items will be sent, no refund will be given. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace or refund.

As of May 2020 we have also added a PICK UP IN STORE OPTION. If you choose this option, you will not be charged a shipping fee. We will process your order and once it is ready we will call or text you will pick up date/times options, orders must be picked up within 14 days of notification or the order will be canceled. ID will be required at pick up. **DURING PHASE 2 & 3 OF CALIFORNIA REOPENING, MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED AT PICK UP**
