You get pretty moderate coverage in the mid-section and moderate rear with our signature scrunch, ties at the neck and back for complete adjust-ability, the cupcake sides on the bottom are gathered without any elastic to fit flat on your hips and not dig in! The Farrah is fully lined front and back, the top also has a pocket to add padding.
